Vyati Kartika Sari Iskandar (Sari) is one of the founding partners of MMI - Marsinih Martoatmodjo Iskandar. Sari currently acts as the managing partner of the firm while still providing the legal needs of the firm’s clients. She excels in several fields, such as Project Finance, Merger and Acquisition, Debt and Company restructuring, and Moratorium. She also has integrated legal knowledge in plantation and energy resources fields.  

 

During her twenty-eight years career as a lawyer, Sari has been advising clients and handling various projects from different business sectors.

She has been actively advising IBRA and its successor, PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) on many of debt restructring projects during year of 1999 until 2002. She also has expertise and been actively advising clients on M&A transaction, project finance transaction, banking & finance transaction.

Her clients consist of a wide range of private sectors and state-owned entities.
